Signing should feel light.
Not like filing taxes. sign.pink is the honest, joyful, $3-a-month way to get things signed — built for the everyday agreements that make up most of life.
Our mission
Somewhere along the way, getting a signature turned into a chore. Cluttered dashboards. Surprise "you've used 5 of your 5 envelopes" walls. Renewal invoices that quietly doubled. The whole experience started to feel less like a handshake and more like paperwork at the dentist's office.
We think a signature is one of the nicest moments in any transaction — two people deciding to trust each other on paper. It deserves a tool that feels light, human, and even a little delightful. So we built one: fast to use, easy to love, and legally airtight when it counts.
Why $3?
Because the real cost of sending a document for signature is tiny, and everyone in this market knows it. The big names charge $10, $15, $19 a seat — not because the technology is expensive, but because they've wrapped it in enterprise sales teams, account managers, and feature checklists most people will never touch.
We did the opposite. We built lean, skipped the bloat, and kept the price honest. $3 a month, flat. Unlimited documents. No caps, no per-seat math, no overage bills, no renewal games. We're proud that it's cheap, because cheap-done-right is a feature you can feel every time the invoice doesn't surprise you.
Why pink?
Because legal software has spent decades looking like a bank statement. Slate gray, navy blue, "trusted by the Fortune 500." All very serious, all very forgettable, all quietly telling you that you don't really belong here.
Pink is our small rebellion. It's warm where incumbents are cold, approachable where they're corporate, and honest about the fact that signing a lease or a freelance contract doesn't require a boardroom. You can be playful and rigorous at the same time — and we intend to be both.
Who it's for
The enterprise e-signature giants were built for the 10% of signings that involve legal departments and procurement. We built for the other 90% — the agreements that quietly run everyday life:
- Freelancers sending a contract before they start the work.
- Renters and landlords signing a lease without a printer.
- Small teams onboarding a new hire or a new client.
- Founders closing their first handful of deals on a budget.
- Anyone who just needs one PDF signed today, not a platform to learn this quarter.
If that sounds like you, you're exactly who we built this for.
What we believe
Delight over dread
A signature is a small moment of agreement between people. It shouldn't feel like a form at the DMV. We sweat the little things so the whole thing feels light.
Proudly cheap
Cheap-done-right is a feature, not an apology. We built lean, skipped the enterprise bloat, and pass the savings straight to you at $3 a month.
Honest by default
No hidden envelope caps, no per-seat traps, no quiet renewal hikes. The price you see is the price you pay, and your signatures are legally binding everywhere they should be.
Human, not corporate
We write like people, support like people, and design for people. Pink because approachable beats intimidating — every single time.
For the rest of us
We build for freelancers, renters, founders of two, side-hustlers, and parents signing a permission slip — the 90% of signings that were never enterprise.
Simple on purpose
Upload, sign, send, done. We left out the features you'd never use so the ones you need every day are impossible to miss.
Come sign something — it'll feel surprisingly nice.
Free to start, $3/month for unlimited. No caps, no account needed for the people you send to.
