The Landlord and Tenant are each a "Party" and together the "Parties."

1. PROPERTY
The Landlord agrees to rent to the Tenant the residential property located at:

2. TERM

6. USE AND OCCUPANCY

8. MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS

The Tenant will not make alterations without the Landlord's written consent.

9. ENTRY BY LANDLORD

10. ALTERATIONS, RULES, AND ADDENDA

11. INSURANCE
